TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN We are Bona fide Youths of Isoko by Birth Right. And still onto the Struggle for the Emancipation of the Isoko Youths, with regards to the Rise and Fall of the Notorious IPYC. It became Crystal clear to us that the Major Monster that is Harassing and Eaten up the Prospects of Isoko Youths Liberation from Sheer Marginalization, Social Limitation and Intense Disunity is no other than, Anthony A.A Ogbalor. After Anthony A.A Ogbalor has forcefully and unlawfully seized the Properties of Hitech Construction Company Limited and kept them in his possession for couple of weeks in the course of the Iyede Youths Peace Society Conflict with Hitech Construction Company Limited, he was invited by His Excellency, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan, the Governor of Delta State through the Administrator of Isoko North Local Government Council for Security Meeting where he was detained for Unlawful Seizure of Hitech Construction Company Limited Properties. Prior to his release, Anthony A.A Ogbalor was made to sign an Undertaking which he did to the detriments of IPYC Executives without their Knowledge and Consent. A copy of the signed undertaking is hereby attached to this Report. We the Apex Profound Isoko Youths (APIY) have asked, Anthony A.A Ogbalor to comply with the aforementioned signed Undertaking and desist from parading himself as an Isoko Youth Leader to enable the Isoko Youths to be Flexible with Isoko Development Union (IDU) Agenda of Uniting the Isoko Youths under the Leadership of General Paul U. Omu (Rtd), which he (Ogbalor) bluntly refused. In despite of his refusal, we the APIY still forge ahead Sensitizing the Isoko Youths Tactfully in All the Isoko Clans, to see reasons why we must key to IDU Unification Agenda of the Youths, because “United will Stand, but Divided will Fall” It was this crusading of ours (APIY), that prompted Anthony Ogbalor to write a Petition against some of us (APIY) and led a Team of the Ughelli Area Command Squad to their various houses to initiate an arrest on the 25/02/2014 at about 5:00hrs. A copy of the Petition is hereby attached for your perusal. They (Petitioned APIY) were released on Bail that same day by Hon. Victor Egbo (JP) aka Miracle Son formerly known as Last Mugu. And they (Petitioned APIY) were asked to come to the Area Crime Branch 1, Area Commander’s Office Ughelli on the 28/02/2014 for Interview. During the scheduled Interview, after much deliberations, the issue was unable to be resolved. The Area Commander, then told them (Petitioned APIY) to go and come back again on the 07/03/2014 for further verification and hearing of the issue. Thanks and God bless
