TO WHOM SO EVER MAY CONCERN ------------------------------------------ (YOU CAN DO BETTER FOR BOLANGIR DEVELOPMENT INSTEAD OF MPs AND MLAs) Dear Voters, All we are concern that maximum no.of MLAs and MPs are not able to submit their utilization certificate(U.C) to government at the end of the financial year, even they never care to submit once in each five year at their entire period...then how will they care for the development of the area and its people.If they could use the dev.-fund (MPs/MLAs) then no such big situation or problem,voice will be noticed . So you have the capabilities- we can force them or pull it up them to the mainstream for the better uses of their fund for the sake of the area because that is not their fund-maximum no.of revenues (a hues) are collecting from you and your side. So ours have the democratic value to casting a vote to choose a leader for the better uses of developmental fund and to look after the situation of the entire areas and the situation not to create the money for their self and families. In the democratic country like India we should understand the power and force of people how to pressure the leader and government to implement the various development programmee of the area and people. That is why this country has stand for and the special democratic deed has been prepared to pressures the administration as well as the leader for the betterment of the societies and people. So come and join your hands together to select a best leader who can at least understand the value and emotion of the people for the development of the area. So do not bother for election rather select a best one candidate for your area. Henceforth we will unitedly, forcefully carry out or warm out to the leader before starting the game.
