TO YOUR HEALTH! On my 46th birthday I give you 2 gifts: CLARITY & INSIGHT on the SALT & SATURATED FAT ARE NOW GOOD FOR US! Weeeeeeeeeee! type headlines that have been running rampant lately. And, ironically, along with these two little demon headlines running about like wildfire is a SUGAR IS THE DEVIL mantra SO myopic that its got many people worried we could be eating too much fresh fruit while ignoring excess starch (which doesnt show up on the nutrition labels as sugar but damn well is just a long molecular chain of glucose molecules - i.e. SUGAR!) WOW! So low sugar Cheerios for breakfast, a couple cheese sticks for lunch with some salty low sugar crackers then butter up that salty steak and skip the fruit for dinner to find the fountain of youth? Seriously, whats next? Headlines blasting veggies? Sounds like a sale on bridges to nowhere is in full swing!
