He has studied natural healing ceremonies for over thirty years. He is a retired Internationally Certified Substance Abuse Counseling Specialist and has over thirty years of experience in the mental health field, having worked all over the United States. He will be facilitating a two hour class on SHAMANIC HEALING AND NON-ORDINARY STATES OF CONSCIOUSNESS. During the class, he will give a brief overview of Shamans, healing and show you how to put ourselves into non-ordinary states of consciousness with repetitive sounds, chants and motions without the use of mind altering chemicals. Singingman will explain the differences between addiction and compulsion, roots and recovery of addictive behaviors, and healing addictions through ritual and ceremony. For those who wish, he will offer a Sacred Native American Blessing Ceremony.
