TODAY ON DAILY BENEFIT The Overtakers [Part 2] Scriptural text: 1Kings 18:45-46 There are moments of life we need divine help to catch up in life. Yesterday, we saw some of the strategic means devil can use to slow down the journey of a man’s life. In such case, you need a supernatural ride to catch up. I am confident that God wants to change your mobility pace. Do you realize you can’t move faster than the speed of the vehicle that carries you? A man riding on a bicycle can’t move faster than the man riding in a car and the later cannot also beat the man flying in an aircraft. And there is also a ‘HolyGhost-craft’. It moves faster than any human invention. That was what carried Philip (Acts 8:39). The sine qua non is that you can only move at the pace of speed of what carries you. We saw in our text how Elijah outran Ahab. Ahab had two major natural advantages over Elijah. He took off before Elijah and also rode on a chariot. But the hand of the Lord came on Elijah; he overtook the king on his royal chariot and arrived to the destination before Ahab. That is an example overtaker for you. The hand of the Lord upon him was his supernatural advantage. God gave him a ride. When God gives you a ride, you overtake with ease in life. Nothing can beat His pace. Beloved, the hand of the Lord that came on Elijah represents the overtaking anointing. That is what you need today. You might have some disadvantages that are keeping you behind in life; the hand of the Lord is coming upon you right now. You will catch up and you will overtake. Don’t lose faith for God is giving you a ride to overtake. Prayer points: Father, I receive supernatural ride to catch up and overtake in life. I take authority over every force resisting my speed in life in Jesus.
