TODAY ON THE GPD: Great resource persons Dr. Mohammed Amin Adam (Exec. Dir. Africa Centre for Energy Policy,) Franklin Cudjoe (CEO Imani Ghana,) Hon Dominic Nitiwul (Dep. Minority leader of Parliament,) Emmanuel Kuyole (Africa Regional Coordinator, Revenue Watch Institute) Hon Fiifi Kwetey (Min. Of State), (Sylvester Mensa CEO National Health Insurance Authority) made the discussion rich with their forceful thought provoking contributions on the thorough discussion of the fate of Ghanas heritage fund from oil revenue which yields only about 0.5% interest and the general question of oil fund management. Kwadjo Twum Boafos( CEO Ghana Free Zones Board) part contribution to the HF debate and issues with the Presidents speech in Kumasi which Kobby Acheampong( New Boss of GYEEDA) also contributed to left me wondering about the two tapes from the same program and the motives of people. I will only caution that one should watch his/her speech when in the Ashanti Region. E.g do not say in a restaurant that SOME people do not like TZ no matter how you decorate the Ayoyo with Guinea Fowl/ keta school boys . It will be understood to mean that Ashantis do not like TZ, no matter how you decorate it with Guinea Fowl meat/Keta sch. boys Bcos you said it in a restaurant in Ashanti Region. God Bless Ghana.
