TODAYS DEVOTION: As he neared Damascus on his journey, suddenly a light from heaven flashed around him. I am stubborn. That much I acknowldge about myself. When my mind is made up, its made up. But I have always looked back and thought, what if I didnt heed that warning or that sign? I surely would have missed my way and overturned! Saul also met his warning. He was sure of his mission. He was resolute on his belief. But God showed up and lit his way. It pretty interesting that even when we walk in daylight, in paths we are sure are righteous and honourable, God can shine His light and show us we have missed the Way. So walking the Way has nothing about what you know or believe about the Way; yet it has everything to do with ensuring that the Way you are in is the one that is God and not something like God. Remember: I am the Way, the Truth, and Life. So as you start your day today, request God to shine where you are so that you will see if you are by the Way or on the Way or in the Way. And I hope you are found in Him. #WalkWithGod
