Im calling about the bill coming before the House Criminal Justice committee on Thursday, re REPEALING OUR STAND YOUR GROUND LAW Why is it that the people who want to repeal this law, never tell us how (with 300 million stolen/illegal guns on the streets of America), ... how they intend to protect the innocent, law abiding people who are left with only one method of protection... and that is that we get to try to run away!!!! Even President Obama, who is promoting this repeal, actually co-sponsored a very similar law when he was in the Illinois State Senate. If you look into the facts here, you will notice that prior to this law, Floridas murder rate increased each year, but AFTER Stand Your Ground was passed, Floridas murder rate has DECREASED each year. IM ASKING THAT REPRESENTATIVE__________________ votes no on this REPEAL! Thank you.
