Altar making Talk & Day of the Dead Video The general public is always welcome to build altars (or ofrendas) to the memory of those who have passed on. This year we offer a special time for people who might need a little encouragement and/or information about Day of the Dead altars with a discussion on the subject by Artistic Director Steve Liggett from the Dia de Los Muertos Committee. The discussion will also feature a video shot during the Day of the Dead in Oaxaca, Mexico in 1992 by Steve.
