TONIGHT (Wed, 10/2) there will be an information session at 5:30pm in the Auditorium School about the $810-million bond referendum for public school construction and renovations on the OCT 8 Ballot. If approved, it would provide seats to the 20,000 new students expected in the next five years by building 16 new schools, major renovations of six schools, start-up renovations at 3 others, repairs at 79 schools, technology and security upgrades and land for future schools. Please take the time to become well informed about this bond referendum so you can cast an effective vote on Oct. 8! Immediately following the 2013-15 Budget will be presented to the WFE PTA members for adoption. Please make a point to be on hand so we can achieve a quorum and keep moving forward this school year.
