TOPIC : ALL THINGS CAN STILL BE SUBJECT TO US – IF WE BELIEVE. -THE SCRIPTURE- For unto the angels hath God not put in subjection the world to come, whereof we speak. But in a certain place testified, saying, what is man that Thou art mindful of him? Or the son of man, that Thou visitest him? Thou madest him a little lower than the angels; Thou crownest him with glory and honor, and didst set him over the works of Thy hands: Thou has put all things in subjection under his feet. For in that He put all in subjection under him, He left nothing that is not put under him. But now we see not yet all things under him. But we see Jesus, Who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honor; that He by the grace of God should taste death for every man…..HEBREWS 2: 5-9. -THE MESSAGE- Men and brethren, at creation, God blessed Adam and Eve and said unto them, be fruitful and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the fowl of the air, and over everything that moveth upon the earth. And God meant all of it. Everything in creation was for man to enjoy, just everything, except the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.(See Genesis 1:28; 2:17). But Adam and Eve went for the forbidden tree and lost dominion over all things. And in so doing, mankind also lost dominion over all things. And from the fall of Adam the very things that hitherto were subject to man suddenly became a source of terror and fear to mankind. But thank God for Christ, Who through His suffering, death and resurrection, has again restored all things. For by the passion of Christ, all things have again become possible to all that believe. And as it is written thereafter, whosoever is born of God overcometh the world- and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. But who is ye that overcometh the world? Is he not him that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God. (See Ist John 5: 4-5). Brethren, let me announce to us that all things are now subject to as many as are redeemed by the blood of the Lamb. It is the perfect will of God in redemption that whosoever accepts Christ as Lord and Savior and walks in the reality of same, would live in spiritual and practical dominion over the affairs of this life – and make heaven at last. This is the word of God and it is not a subject of debate. But often times we do not see this dominion in practical reality. Oftentimes we that are saved find ourselves struggling even to make ends meet. Often times we that are redeemed to dominate are daily dominated by the very things we are fashioned to dominate. Often times, my brothers and sisters, we find ourselves falling far short of all heavenly expectations of a true believer. Brethren, the key factor here is increasing lack of faith at all levels in the body of Christ. Majority of the books in our Christian libraries and bookstores are about faith, yet very few in His body are truly manifesting the God kind of faith. The world around us has so influenced our spirit man today that most of us practically and helplessly walk by sight. And the consequences of these are far reaching. The Bible says that whosoever is born of God sinnet not. Yet we are all struggling with sin. The Bible says that sin would no longer have dominion over all that are in Christ. Yet today we are all reeling under the weight of sin and compromise. But what shall we say to these things? Who shall deliver us from this body of death? But thank God for Jesus Christ, Who is our life, is still sitteth at the right hand of our Daddy in heaven - ready to cleanse as many as are humble enough to return. I have chosen to return, what about you? For I know that as I cleanse myself of all sin and of all worldliness through the blood of the Lamb by faith, and by the same faith cleave unto to My Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, all things will once again become subject to me, even to you. This is the true walk of faith. Do have a blessed day in the Lord.
