TOPIC: IS IT HOW THEY DIED. In the Book of philipian 3 verse 10....Bible says.THAT I MAY KNOW HIM AND POWER OF HIS RESURRECTION AND THE FELLOWSHIP OF HIS SUFFERINGS BEING MADE CONFIRMED TO HIS DEATH. That was Apostle Paul,after many years of following Jesus,The suffering and death of Jesus christ still remains a mystery to him,Little did Paul knows that to achiev Gods purpose and will,there is price to pay as he was still wondering why Jesus died when he had the power of Life and death in his hand. SAME GOES TO ALL WHO FOLLOWED JESUS IN THOSE DAYS... THEY ALL SEALED THEIR TESTIMONY WITH THEIR BLOOD. 1.ANDREW..preached to many Asiatic nations.He was crucified on a transverse cross at Edessa. 2.BARTHOLOMEW..He translated the gospel of mattew into india language.He was beaten and then crucified. 3.JAMES the great..Was beheaded by Herod in Jerusalem. 4.James the less..At 94 He was beaten and stoned by the Jews and finally had his brain dashed with a fullers club. 5.John the Baptist: Was beheaded by Herod through the request of Herodias. 6.John.. Was cast into a cauldron of boiling oil under Domitian,he escaped by miracle without injury.He was banished to the of patmos where he wrote the book of Revelation.He was the only one that escaped violent death. 7.Jude..The brother of James was commonly called Thaddeus,he was crucified at Eddessa. 8.Luke..Was hanged on an olive tree by the idolatrous priest of Greece. 9.Mark..Was dragged to pieces by the people of Alexandria,before Semiramis their idol. 10.Mattew..The scene of his labour was parthia and Ethiopia.He was slain with a halberd in the city of Nadabah AD.60 11. Matthias..Was elected to fill the vacant place of Judas.He was stoned at Jerusalem and then Beheaded. 12.Paul..Was killed feeling unworthy to be crucified like the Lord,He asked to be crucified upside down under Nero. 13. Philip...Laboured in upper Asia suffered matrydom at Heliopolis in Phrygia.He was scuffed,thrown into prison and afterwards crucified Ad54. 14.Stephen..Was cast out of the city and stoned to death. 15.Thomas..Preached the Gospel in Parthia india.He was killed by being thrust through eith a spear. Beloved..God has work for many,He calls many and provides for many But only few answer the call. Are you there beloved,you clearly heard the voice of God calling you but the fear of persecution and suffering doesnt allow you,Do not delay lest you find yourself in the Belly of a FISH. Shallom!
