TORNADOES & MADISONSTAR MOONS DEATH TOWERS Between May 4 and 10, 2003, nearly 400 tornadoes occurred in 19 states---42 deaths and billions of dollars in damage. The sheer number of tornadoes that have occurred in central and eastern Oklahoma since HAARP-chemtrails pump-and-dump went fully operational is concerning...The little town of Monroe, smack dab in the Tornado Alley path, was consistently hit. Between May 15 and 17, 2013, an outbreak of 23 tornadoes swept through northern Texas, south-central Oklahoma, northern Louisiana and Alabama, including an EF-4 in Granbury, Texas (six people dead) and an EF-3 in Cleburne, Texas. ....... For steering weather locally, NEXRAD (Next Generation Weather Radar) WSR-88D (Weather Surveillance Radar, 1988, Doppler) stations are handy, with their evenly spaced transmitters and receivers. Besides the old decommissioned GWEN towers that have been updated and recommissioned, and the ubiquitous cell towers, radio stations like those in Monroes vicinity (KSGF, KEAX, KVNX, KICT, KTWX, KSRX, KTLX, and KINX) often have Doppler and NEXRAD radar for up-to-date weather that double for national security dual use. To create the wind shear for dozens of simultaneous tornadoes or super-cells, NEXRAD pulsed rotation frequencies need an artificial precipitation thick with metal particles and chaff. Once NEXRAD rotating frequency pulses strike the nanoparticulates and H2O, a collision between HAARP-heated artificial precipitation (HOT) and frequency-activated ice nucleation (COLD) can be stirred into funnels.
