Steps from Queen and King streetcars, Dufferin and Ossington buses (5-10 min to subway). Restaurants, cafes nearby. Currys art supply store around the corner. Local, sustainable food Co-op 2 blocks away. Everything you could need. Your roommates are a liberal-minded artist couple. My partner is a jazz musician/composer (who will be sound-proofing the den), and Im an actor. Were pretty low-key, focused people, who enjoy a laugh and company, but also like our space, and will respect yours. We are looking for someone clean, and who shares a similar lifestyle (we dont get much wilder than 8 person poker-nights and elaborate brunch parties (prepare to eat the best french toast of your life)). Potentially small pet-friendly (open for discussion). Not suitable for a couple. Minimum 3 month stay, but preferably 6 months, or, even better, 1 year. Last month required to secure. First month due a few days before move-in. $800/month ALL IN- rent, utilities, internet, laundry, AC, necessities (toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, etc.), and weekly cleaning. Building also has gym, lounge, party room, theatre room, covered bike storage, and onsite management. Parking would be extra ($120 underground, $60 above), and wed have to discuss with management.
