TOSHS RANT FOR TODAY: Not much is written about the turf wars raging within the CIA, the Pentagon, and the military-industrial complex during the late fifties and early sixties, and the Cold War with the Soviet Union. That was the beginning when Americas were led away from its core values, the flag, patriotism, love of country mom and apple pie … and its God. Those values which made our country great were cast aside and replaced with special interest and insider deals made in back rooms with a wink, a nod of the head, and secret hand shakes. They were made for political gains for an elite few; made at the expense of the American people. A few of the old guard, the boys from the days of the OSS, the Rangers who scaled the cliffs of Normandy under deadly fire--and others who fought and sacrificed for our freedom, trudging through the battlefields of Germany, Saipan, the South Pacific, and the deadly jungles of Viet Nam, soon became embedded within the ranks of CIA, ONI, and the military-industrial complex. They were thrust into a new kind of war, a war with politicians indebted to special corporate interest. They had to fight a new type of battle, a sinister, corrupt, political battle, a battle that was unfamiliar to them. It was a secret war breeding a deadly cancer-- a cancer that was slowing creeping into the American political system and America’s way of life. Its seeds of corruption, hidden within a deadly form of evolution, spread slowly through the rank and file of Americas previous war heroes. They became pawns, sensitized within a system of Wes and Theys a political system gone wild and out of control. That system, that mindset would eventually lead to Americas coup d eta; another, D Day-- launched on November 22, 1963, in Dallas Texas, at a place called, Dealey Plaza. Today that coup continues and is flourishing, alive and well. It has escalated over the years, robbing Americas youth, and the citizens of The United States of their freedom and their wealth. American no longer breeds leaders who defend the Constitution, The Bill of Rights, the Flag. We Americans are no longer a God fearing nation. We have separated God from our country in order to become politically correct. We as a nation now breed greed, corruption, and liars who talk from both sides of their mouth-- spitting out poison and hatred. They do this with a smile showing their shiny, white, pearly teeth, much like a wolf just before it attacks. I love my country, my Flag, my people. I want my country back. That’s why I do what I do on social media networks. That’s why I try to point a younger generation toward the corruption that has invaded our country. I hope someday our young generation will change our direction and bring America back to the values of the Constitution, the Flag and the core values that made this country the greatest Nation of the face of the earth. I have faith in them… God knows we old farts have really screwed things up.
