TRACK REPORT ... the final track session of the year, and well done to those who turned out on a very gusty evening! Using the now familiar staggered starting system, everyone ran 3 reps ranging from 925m to 1250m, and there was only 31secs difference in the total time taken by all 8 runners. Mark Thomas, Tony Skinner and Riz shared the reps honours; whilst Mark, Sam and Dave Wood recorded the most consistent reps. We finished with an exciting 3 team relay (200m per leg), which saw Tony dip on the line to beat Suzi by a short moob! 3750m ... Mark 5.43 miling 3525m ... Sam 6.08 miling 3475m ...
