TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS FOR TIONG EE KWAN TEMPLE ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION #sgtrafficwatch The committee of Tiong Ee Kwan Temple is organising the annual Tiong Ee Kwan Temple Anniversary Celebration, along Serangoon North Avenue 3 on Tuesday, 3 June 2014. To facilitate traffic arrangements for the event, the carriageway of Serangoon North Avenue 3 (adjacent to Tiong Ee Kwan Temple) in the direction of the service road leading to Block 546A will be closed to vehicular traffic on Tuesday, 3 June 2014 between 8.00 am and 11.59 pm. During the road closure, access into the above-mentioned road will only be granted to police and emergency vehicles. The part of the carriageway of Serangoon North Avenue 3 between the service roads leading to Blocks 546A and 548 in the direction of Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3 will be converted into a 2-way road. Parking restrictions along the peripheral roads will be strictly enforced. Vehicles found parking and causing obstruction will be towed away.
