For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things,holding promise for both the present life and the life to come (1 Timothy 4:8) Being a sports person have realised that physical training is a good model for the kind of training required to become spiritally healthy If you want to be physically healthy,you must develop good habits:Eating Balanced DIET,EXERCISING and getting PROPER REST And he you want to be spiritally healthy,you must also develop good habits such as:Feeding on GODS WORD,exercising the spiritual disciplines of PRAYER,MEDITATION,FASTING and WORSHIP;and Finding rest and peace in Gods care and promises. Around Mbale have daily seen fat people running and doing physical exercises every morning because they want to cut wait,haha when you meet them indeed you will see how they strain alot in order to achieve their goal. How about the spiritual?please dear friend cast your nets deeper in the things of God and you will grow fat in the anointing and you will never regret.Physically if you want to reduce the fats in the body you do straining exercises but for you to increase or fatten in The Spirit them you need to exercise daily in the spiritual disciplines.
