**TRAINING GUIDELINES** For this first BODYBUILDING BASICS installment I thought should cover just some of the rudimentary guidelines for training. When I first started weightlifting, I had no clue where to begin and Im sure thats how a lot of young newcomers feel entering this lifestyle. Thankfully, I got a lot of great insight and advice from tried and true veterans of the sport to put me on the right path. These are some of, in my opinion, the core aspects of proper training. Well go deeper into discussion on each of these topics in future posts but here is a good overview of important training principles that guarantee results!
