TRANSFER GOSSIP Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is considering signing AC Milan striker Mario Balotelli after the 23-year-old Italy striker was told he was surplus to requirements at the San Siro. Liverpool, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur could also be interested in signing Balotelli after Milan president Adriano Galliani agreed the striker could leave. Cesc Fabregas could return to the Premier League with Manchester City if he leaves Barcelona this summer.
