TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY 😜😜 Im excited to share with you today my transformation pictures. Ive come along way. I need to give a BIG THANK YOU to my darling, patient, loving daughter, Jeannette. She has inspired me to go further on my health journey. Shes my inspiration and my coach. Its funny how when they get older they start teaching us things. 😃 I have been eating clean for many years now due to health problems and exercising occasionally thinking that someday Id get in shape. What a joke😜😜I was telling myself. I had to find my own journey and I DID!!!! This new way of life works for me. I have tried many diets, pills, programs, you name it I tried it and failed at them all. I would loose the weight just to gain it back plus more...Ugh 😞👎 Jeannette introduced me to Tabata, PIYO and High intensity interval Training exercise and Shakeology, a shake meal replacement with dense nutrients, which by the way, I love and wont go a day without. With these items above, my clean eating and Intermittent Fasting, I have accomplished what you see here. Yes, I said Intermittent Fasting. It works for my lifestyle as you can see in the before and after pictures. The first picture I was at my heaviest and other two have dates.
