TRIANGLE POSE This yoga pose is great for stretching and elongating the entire body. I love how it stretches out my legs and side especially. Stand a little wider than hip distance apart with one foot pointing out towards your fingers. Stretch as far forward as you can, dropping your hand to the floor (or for a modified version, take your hand to your thigh). Your gaze should either be up at the sky or down to the ground, whichever is most comfortable for your neck. Hold this pose for a few seconds (20-30) and repeat on the other side. Dont forget to breathe during this pose! ✳Comment below if you like a good stretch!
