TROPICAL UPDATE: The disturbance over South Florida will move into the Gulf tomorrow. It has a small chance (30%) of developing into a tropical system. The upper level winds are a little too strong at this point for it to really get going. The track takes the disturbance toward the Central Gulf Coast. As mentioned yesterday, not likely for any of it to make it to North Texas as upper level winds will be out of the Northwest which would keep system away from us. There is Tropical Storm Edouard way out in the Central Atlantic. It is expected to be a fish storm, meaning it wont affect any land, but the fish will notice it. :) ~Larry Mowry
