TROTTIES CHICKEN IN A CAFE DE PARIS SAUCE INGREDIENTS 1.Small lumps of frozen raw chicken. 2.A desert spoon of orange juice. 3.A desert spoon of lemon juice. 4.A desert spoon of olive oil 5.A small tub of cheap yogurt. 6.A pinch of salt, and pepper. 7.A fresh bay leaf. 8.One onion. 9.Three cloves of garlic. 10.One egg. 11.A teaspoon of dill. 12.Four juniper berries. 13.Two desert spoons of tomato purée. 14.A teaspoon of mixed herbs. 15.A desert spoon of gravy granules. 16.A desert spoon of worcester sauce. 17.1/3 cup of rice. 18.A desert spoon of gravy granules. 19.A lidded microwave bowl able to hold three pints. 20.A teaspoon of cumin. 21.Two desert spoons of plain flour. 22.A cup of sweet corn. 23.A desert spoon of paprika. 24.A desert spoon of milk powder. 25.A desert spoon of mustard. PREPARATION MARINADE : 1.Add the mustard, bay leaf, cumin, lemon juice, dill, juniper berries, worcester sauce, pepper, orange juice, and yogurt to the chicken. 2.Seal in a plastic bag or container, and leave in the fridge the night before. BROWN THE CHICKEN : 1.Place the chicken in the bowl with the mixed herbs, and olive oil. 2.On HIGH for two minutes, turn it over, on HIGH for two minutes. 3.Take the chicken out leave the olive oil. SAUCE : 1.Chop the onion, and garlic into the bowl. 2.On HIGH for 10 minutes. 3.Stir in the egg, paprika, milk powder, gravy, flour, and tomato purée. 4.Add the salt, chicken, marinade liquid, and one pint of water. 5.On HIGH for 20 minutes. 5.Add the rice. 6.On HIGH for 10 minutes. 7.Leave to cool in the microwave for 10 minutes.
