TRS will form govt despite curses Telangana Rashtra Samithi president K. Chandrasekhara Rao today exuded confidence that his party would form government in the new State by hundred percent after the ensuing general elections. The TRS president was addressing the gathering in TRS Bhavan after admitting former TDP leader and actor Babu Mohan, educationist Palla Rajeshwar Reddy, Prof. Sitaram Nayak and Malkajgiri MLA Akula Rajendar. Alleging that Telangana region and its people suffered heavily due to the 60 year rule of the Congress and TDP regimes, KCR cautioned that the new State would be looted further if those who have already looted one lakh crores of rupees come to power by chance. The TRS president also said his party government would ensure free education to 40 lakh-odd students in the region. “If the people of Telangana want better future, the previous ruling parties should go and new government should take over for good. If we want honest government, the Congress and TDP should be buried as the region was exploited by both these parties to the maximum extent”, KCR said and appealed to the people of the region not to fall a prey to the tricks of these parties which try to woo the electors with money and bogus promises. He also exuded confidence that the TRS would definitely form the government in Telangana State despite curses and abuses by critics. The TRS leader also assured that he would take responsibility of ensuring irrigation water to one crore acres to bring about green revolution in the region. He also said he would wage a relentless battle for generation of power supply for the benefit of the farming community.
