TRUE PARENTS I am so grateful for the 2 people that took responsibility of having me and my brother as their children. This was a heartfelt decision When my birth mom passed these 2 angels stepped in. They were the greatest inspiration. They were very strict but had great Intentions. This reflected upon us throughout our decisions. Our adopted parents had a great vision. For me and my brother to grow up as great men. THANK YOU ANEL AND ELIZABETH GARCIA MY PARENTS.
