TRY THIS Great glute and hamstring movement. perfect for all you ladies wanting to improve your glute and hamstring tie in and also the guys too, like me! Grasp the bar, walk out, feet close together, knees slightly bent. Keeping you chest up and pevis tilted let the weight stretch forward and push your bum out at the same time. Create a deep stretch in the hamstrings then extend back up, as you do focus on contracting your hanstrings (imagine your dragging your feet across the floor, like if you were performing a hamstring curl) squeeze your hamstrings and glutes as hard as you can at the top then repeat..throw this in on hamstring and glute day, preferably after your hamstrings are pre exhausted with lying or seated curls or even both.. Looks easy but remember its your job to make it feel hard..contract, squeeze, control and develop. Enjoy
