You start by doing two push-ups then stay in plank position and do a plank run for 4 seconds, then you jump up into squat position and EXPLODEFROM THE BOTTOM ⬇UP ⬆into a high jump and finally land into a burpee back to push ups! Got it? INTENTA ESTA! ✔ ¡¿Que tal todos?! Acabo de terminar mi segunda rutina del dia con esta EXPLOSIVAtecnica! Comienzas haciendo dos pechadas, luego permaneces en posicion de plancha y corres por cuatro segundos. Luego subes a posicion de squat y entonces EXPLOTAS DESDE ABAJO⬇hacia arriba ⬆a un salto alto y regresas de vuelta a plancha para hacer las dos pechadas, y repites.
