TSR for a PIONEER TEAM - WAVE 1! Our client owns and operates an independent global cloud networking platform for enterprises. The company offers managed cloud networking, real-time analytic, unified communications, and Security-as-a-Service solutions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - You will guide customers to help fix their phone issues, and provide product support to ensure ticket resolution and customer satisfaction - Reply to incoming emails in complete and timely manner - Help client over the phone installing 3rd party applications - Troubleshoot voice network issues - Configuration of client’s voice network equipment and devices - Basic router configuration - Provide clients with licensing, hardware quotes and user instruction guides - Help client with Add/Moves/Change requests - Assist implementation department with service delivery - Work with service providers and vendors to drive issues to resolution QUALIFICATIONS: - Must have at least ONE – TWO years call center experience - Familiarity with VoIP and any Telecom Service is a plus - Graduate of any Bachelors degree of any course or any 2-year vocational, technical or diploma course - Good communication skills - Good computer navigation skills including Microsoft office products - Willing to work on night shifts and holidays - APPLICANTS WHO HANDLED VERIZON, SPRINT, T-MOBILE, VIRGIN MOBILE and AT&T account are much preferred.
