TUESDAY AFTERNOON WEATHER UPDATE The cold front is located over North Central Texas and is moving southward. It will enter the Northern Hill Country this afternoon. Gulf moisture is racing up to meet the system. Temperatures ahead of the front are in the 70s (warm sector) while temperatures are in the 50s and 40s behind the front (cold sector). Showers and storms stretch from the Big Bend to San Angelo and northeastward. The front will push into the Hill Country late afternoon and into San Antonio this evening. Rain chances will increase with the arrival of the front. Rainfall totals of 2 to 4 inches are likely with some spots getting more than 4 inches of rain. Flash Flood Watch will go into effect ay 6pm. Ill be keeping an eye on the progress of the system.
