*** TUESDAY, JUNE 25, 2013 1:30PM UPDATE*** URGENT: IT NOTICE We are preparing to restore systems back at Head Office. Email from SUNDAY AT NOON will be lost as soon as we begin the cutover, which is currently anticipated to be this afternoon around 4:00pm. If you are using Web Mail and you need to save messages, you should print them, forward to a personal email address or you can save your messages to your C drive on your home computer or laptop. You will have to do this one at a time. If you are on a Gibson PC or laptop using Outlook natively, or via VPN, you can save emails to your C drive as per the following instructions that Jon from the Dallas office has kindly provided. Per the email from Calgary, we will lose emails sent or received since Sunday when they cutover from the Disaster Recovery system to the Production servers. To create a personal folder to save those emails, please follow these steps: -Click on the File Tab to get to the Account Settings tab. -Click on the Account Settings Button and select Account Settings. -Click on the Data Files tab and click on Add. -Enter a name for the Personal Folder. -Click on Ok and you will see the new folder. -Your Folder will now show up in the list of email and archive folders. -Right Click and click New Folder and add Inbox and Sent folders. sent on behalf of the Crisis Management Executive Team
