The ideal candidate must be committed to quality, self-motivated, flexible, open minded and a team player. The Server Developer must be able to understand components of the web/server application stack, identify deficiency, architect solution, communicate the design to others. Job Requirement At least 3 years of experience building data driven applications in a high volume production environment Extensive knowledge at least one programming language (Python, Ruby, Java) At least 2-3 years of experience developing backend services is required Experience with web application frameworks such as Django Solid knowledge of relational databases (Postgres preferred) Knowledge with GIS such as PostGIS, GeoDjango, Google map API V3, map layers will be desired.
