If they have had a stroke they may not be able to smile on one side - Ask the casualty to raise both Arms, if they have had a stroke, they may only be able to lift one arm - Find out whether they can Speak clearly. When you ask a question do they respond appropriately? - Time to call 999/112 for emergency help and tell ambulance control that you have used the FAST guide and suspect a stroke.
