TVs Judge Joe Brown was jailed on a contempt of court charge issued by a Tennessee juvenile judge on Monday. The famously no-nonsense TV judge was sentenced to five days in jail after he became pretty raucous and challenged the authority of Judge Harold Horne during an appearance in juvenile court. Here is the court transcript of the heated judge-on-judge confrontation: JOE BROWN: Ill be back here and tie up this place in so much litigation … JUDGE HAROLD HORNE: Mr. Brown, one more outburst and well have to hold you in contempt of court. BROWN: ME? YOURE GONNA HOLD ME IN CONTEMPT? IM JUDGE JOE BROWN! YOU CANT ARREST ME! THATS LIKE GOOFY PUTTING DOWN PLUTO! THATS LIKE PAULA DEEN CALLING GUY FIERI THE N-WORD!
