The usually funny Stephen Colbert even did a segment about the Ukraine and repeatedly said that he had no idea what they were fighting for. Lets inform the world about this human rights crisis with a Twitter storm. Mainstream media and celebrities consider Twitter the pulse of the people, and rightfully so. By joining together and storming Twitter with messages we can raise awareness of the plight of protesters and whats at stake. Have you been a part of a Twitter storm before? If not, heres how they work: A Twitter storm is when people, at a specific time, bombard twitter with the same hashtag. Just before the Twitter storm starts, a google page of around 80 pre-made tweets will be shared here on this event page. The pre-made tweets target TV stations, newspapers, officials, celebrities. There will be a separate one for Canada that excludes members of Congress. By all of us tweeting the same 80 messages with the same hashtag at various media and VIPs, we can get our message trending. Пропоную повідомити світ про цю кризу за допомогою Twitter storm (штурму Твіттер). Засоби масової інформації та знаменитості вважають Twitter показником настроїв людей. Обєднавшись разом у Twitter storm за допомогою наших повідомлень, ми можемо підвищити обізнаність користувачів Twitter про тяжке становище протестувальників і про те, що поставлено на карту. Чи Ви були частиною Twitter storm раніше? Якщо ні, то ось як він працює: Twitter storm – це коли люди у певний час бомбардують Twitter з однаковим hashtag (хештегом).
