And when do they get the next pack? E bakit tatahimik ang bayan sa ganyang disaster response? Problem assessment and needs analysis: That was what the US team did quick and then they delivered relief goods by dropping it to survivors by helicopters, as they could see the futility of clearing the roads to reach the hungry and thirsty survivors quickly. But the national team wanted to lecture the local and barangay officials first about their level of disaster preparedness before delivering disaster relief and emergency response. They wanted to preach Tuwid first. The President should not have a stomach problem. The starving survivors are the ones with a stomach problem. And if we use our heads better, then I wonder if you can stomach this level of disaster response! It fails in scale and speed.
