The task that we face today is to understand the language of nature (as DGR Co-author Derrick Jensen writes of in his book Language Older Than Words). There is a not-so-secret underground society of fungi, which has much to teach us about healthy communities and healthy resistance. And Deep Green Resistance members care about the web of life to the point of being willing to discuss the necessity of resistance, the possibility of resistance, and the need for the existence of an unknown, healthy underground that can take down key infrastructural nodes that perpetuate ecocide and misogyny.
