TYRANNOSAURUS IN THE TROPICS - Following the success of THE BLOB (1958) and THE 4-D MAN (1959), indie producer Jack H. Harris offered this sci-fantasy about a construction crew discovering the frozen bodies of a Tyrannosaurus, brontosaurus and a caveman while working on a remote, tropical island, all of whom are reanimated during a storm. Not quite up to par with Harris first two films, DINOSAURUS still has its moments thanks to Maurice Delagdos special effects.
