Country Club Tasmania is the hub for Gaming and Entertainment in northern Tasmania; and we are searching for talented individuals to fill four casual Table Gaming Dealer/Electronic Gaming Attendant positions. Upon commencement, you will endure a two week intensive training program to prepare you for the Table Gaming industry. The program will include training in Country Club Tasmanias high customer services standards, processes and procedures and the technical dealing skills that will assist you to become an industry leading Table Gaming Dealer and Electronic Gaming Attendant. By the end of the program, you will be provided with the knowledge to confidently deal Blackjack, Rapid Roulette and The Big Wheel. As you settle in to your new role, you will learn more games during your employment. To be selected for this opportunity you will need: A passion for providing exceptional customer service with a flair for entertainment Exceptional communication skills Excellent time management skills Excellent literacy and numeracy skills The ability to work effectively in a team environment The ability to clearly differentiate between colours The flexibility to work shifts across a 24 hour/7 day roster The physical ability to stand or sit for long hours at a Gaming Table To be willing to multi-skill into all other areas of Gaming, particularly as an Electronic Gaming Attendant To be of legal age (18 years) and able to obtain (at own cost) a Tasmanian Gaming Licence under the Gaming Control Act 1993, which includes a national police check. All new gaming employees must also satisfy the physical requirements of the role by completing an external medical assessment prior to employment.
