Tag a friend who wants to work arms ! Here are 3 great exercises for you focusing on the triceps... These will help tighten up that unwanted movement every time you wave ! -------------------------------------------- (Top) Lying dumbbell tricep extensions - fully extend your arms above you, keeping them stationary and elbows in, lower the weight until the DBs are near your ears, then use your triceps to bring the weight back up to starting position (Bottom left) Pushdown w/rope - hold rope and bring upper arms up close to body, keeping elbows in at your sides, bring the rope down and open slightly towards each side of your thighs, fully extend arms them bring them back up to starting point. (Bottom right) Dips - position hands shoulder width apart on bench, extend legs out in front of you bringing butt off the front of bench, straighten arms keeping slight bend in elbows (keeps tension off elbow joints), slowly bend elbows to lower body to floor until elbows at about 90 degree angle, then press down into bench to return to start position. Repeat for 3 rounds of 15 each!
