The first step is watching sunset in Beimen. Time：12/31~01/01 18:00~00:40 Location： Square in front of Taiwan high speed rail Tainan Station. (No.100, Guiren Blvd., Guiren Dist., Tainan City) The third step is sunrise in Earliao.
