Take a deep breath, 1, 2, 3 – here it goes: “Today we offer ribeye with mushrooms, leg of lamb in red port sauce, calfs liver, a nice piece of salmon, satay, steak in red wine sauce, king prawns, obviously our spareribs, tournedos in Roquefort/port sauce, slip sole with green asparagus, a rack of lamb, a beautiful cut of veal, Italian tournedos with pesto and Parmesan cheese, and a lovely steak with either pepper or mushroom sauce,” the waitress recites.
