Take a few moments today just to sit down and think about how much you love yourself. You might not always feel that way, and you might have a habit of constantly focusing on your shortcomings, but just try to forget them for a while and focus on your positives. You’re unique and you have many positive qualities. Embrace them and just think about how awesome you really are. Once you’ve managed to do that you’ll realize that by working on your fitness you’re not beating an old piece of clay into shape, you’re actually putting final touches on a masterpiece!
