My colleagues and I fight every day to make your medical care safer by seeking justice for those who have been injured by a system promoted by the insurance industry that delays, denies and defends rather than seeking to make it safer and to reduce these costly errors. Put us out of work, not by restricting and denying a victims right to justice, but rather by fixing a system woefully broken that wont fix itself. Ask yourself this: if as many people were killed or badly injured in airplane disasters every year, wouldnt the planes be grounded and repaired before the government would allow the to again fly?
