Taking Responsibility For The Missing Message of The Kingdom: Today every apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor and teacher, bishop, deacon, and trustee, and all the people of God are supposed to have clear, exact knowledge of the Kingdom of God, presently and eternal to come. Psalm 145:10-13 King James Version (KJV) 10 All thy works shall praise thee, O Lord; and thy saints shall bless thee. 11 They shall speak of the glory of thy kingdom, and talk of thy power; 12 To make known to the sons of men his mighty acts, and the glorious majesty of his kingdom. 13 Thy kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and thy dominion endureth throughout all generations. A needs oriented, emotional Christianity has replaced the sober awareness that the early saints walked in as children of God, sons and daughters of the Most High, who were derogatorally called Christians at Antioch. The first Church lived in an awareness that Christ indeed was the Messiah King of the Kingdom of God, and that the Heavenly Father was Supreme King and that Jesus was King of kings and Lord of lords. These followers society reflected a Kingdom commonwealth community where they had all things in common and met regularly, breaking bread from house to house, continuing in the apostles doctrine which was not just Acts 2:38 but the whole concept that Jesus is King and that we are the people of God, therefore those who are submitted to Gods reign among them who belong to Him. Today, and nearly since the 2nd Century and most certainly by the 4th Century the Church has so drifted away from its foundational Kingdom bearings that Jesus is only referred to as a soon coming King and the Kingdom is only spoken about in the context of going to the Kingdom of heaven one day. The stubborn self-will of many of todays professed followers of Christ is so disheartening that you have to know God has called you to be a witness of the light, life and love of God that sent Jesus Christ to establish the government of God in the lives of the people Hes called to Himself. Without an understanding of the Kingdom of God, the gospel of salvation is incomplete and the full restoration of dominion back to man goes little realized among the denominations and the groups that would refer to themselves as non-denominational or independent groups of Christians. Whenever a people regardless to their religious pedigree, Baptist, COGIC, Pentecostal, Conservative, refuses to take in the whole counsel of God that group has taken upon itself to reject God in the fullness of His expression towards man. The more stubborn the group in its derived theology from its leaders, the more distant the group is from the core values that make God to be God and His core purpose for sending His Son Jesus. While we lay hold to a pursuit of the miracles God can and does provide, and enjoy the emotion of worship, we miss the value of the truth that comes from rediscovering the Kingdom and we only opt for including the term kingdom in our dialog but dont progress to walking in an understanding of what the Kingdom is or our responsibility to make priority what God makes priority. In the remainder of this teaching we are going to look at what a Kingdom is and what is to be our role in responding to Gods Kingdom agenda. My aim in this writing is to get you to see that while weve professed a relationship with a risen Savior we have not related to Him as a present and returning King of a present and returning Kingdom who is also the means of our personal dominion having been restored back to what Adam lost when he and Eve committed treason and were expelled from the garden and made subject to death that came as the result of sin. If you follow this study thoroughly, invariably you are going to have to ask the question, why do I not know about the kingdom and how come when my leaders use the term, its only a statement connected to collecting the offering or about building the kingdom when it comes to soul winning? Then you must also ask the question, if the Kingdom is what has been missing, then why am I going to all these convocations, conventions and conferences and no one is talking seriously about the Kingdom of God that I would be more properly equipped to serve in ministry? Lastly, you are going to have to ask the questions; if the Kingdom is all that important, then what connection does the Kingdom have with me receiving answers to my prayers? Could a lack of the knowledge of the Kingdom of God and all that it represents be hindering my growth and maturity, and personal representation of God the Father, His Son and the Holy Spirit in my present expression of faith? The aim of this teaching is to share the mystery of the Kingdom and the reality that we are to be speaking of the glory of Gods Kingdom and talking of its power, transforming nations as we serve as effective witnesses of all that Jesus said, and not just witnesses of all that He did in going to the cross and paying the price for our redemption. What your are about to read can be hazardous to your religious perspective of Christianity and what some of you were told would be a coming day of the saints. Do not continue reading if you do not want to be challenged to change. Write me off as a heretic and continue in the religious ideas of men who did not know the truth who passed the misconceptions, half truths and deceptions to the next generations of leaders who did discover the truth either, while some having found the truth discarded it in a preference to be men pleasers rather than be pleasers of God. Okay, lets start our Kingdom study here: KINGDOM, The DOM means jurisdiction or area where the King has exerted his influence. Wherever this area is it is to be seen as the undisputed domain of the King, or is the Kings domain. Genesis chapters 1-3 God marked out the territory called earth and made it the place of His dominion and shared His reign with mankind who He created in His image and likeness. The beginning of truth starts with the beginning of Gods plan for man. The further you get away from the origin of the truth the easier it is to get into deception, wrong concepts, misconceptions and wrong conclusions about Gods purpose for the creation of mankind. God created man in the beginning to be a companion of Him in the earth, exercising dominion in obedience to Gods reign over the earth He created and the people He created for the earth. Isaiah 45:18 18For thus says the LORD, who created the heavens (He is the God who formed the earth and made it, He established it and did not create it a waste place, but formed it to be inhabited), I am the LORD, and there is none else. Psalm 115:16 The highest heavens belong to the LORD, but the earth he has given to mankind. Isaiah 44:24 This is what the LORD says-- your Redeemer, who formed you in the womb: I am the LORD, the Maker of all things, who stretches out the heavens, who spreads out the earth by myself, Isaiah 45:12 It is I who made the earth and created mankind on it. My own hands stretched out the heavens; I marshaled their starry hosts. God created the earth, then created man and placed him in the garden called Eden, also known as the spot of God. It was in that place that God shared with man Gods DOM or Gods dominion. The jurisdiction, the area that is Gods became the area where God chose to share dominion with man. To understand what we have we need to understand how it is established. The Kingdom of God then, and now, is established on moral and spiritual foundations. If you are reading this and you are Born Again, then the DOM or jurisdiction of God has been established in you. Paul the apostle, Gods special messenger to the Gentiles describes the Kingdom as; Righteousness, Peace and Joy in the Holy Ghost. Romans 14:17 Righteousness my friends is the greatest blessing of the New Creation. Because you expressed faith towards Christ in turning away from sin and towards God, you have been declared righteous. 2 Corinthians 5:21 21 He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. The righteousness you now possess through the New Birth is the very righteousness of God Himself. Isaiah 53:12 Therefore I will give him a portion among the great, and he will divide the spoils with the strong, because he poured out his life unto death, and was numbered with the transgressors. For he bore the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors. Romans 1:17 For in the gospel the righteousness of God is revealed--a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written: The righteous will live by faith. Romans 4:25 He was delivered over to death for our sins and was raised to life for our justification. Romans 8:3 For what the law was powerless to do because it was weakened by the flesh, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh to be a sin offering. And so he condemned sin in the flesh, 1 Corinthians 1:30 It is because of him that you are in Christ Jesus, who has become for us wisdom from God--that is, our righteousness, holiness and redemption. 1 John 3:5 But you know that he appeared so that he might take away our sins. And in him is no sin. Modern Christianity makes righteousness a struggle. If you believe some of the spiritual warfare writers youve got to fight to be able to live right. Walking in the righteousness of the Kingdom is made to be such a struggle in some churches. We glorify the Devils ability to keep the Believer on edge than the Believers authority, power, might and dominion that is to keep the Devil on the run. Righteousness is a force that is designed to produce Gods character and conduct in and through each of us who voluntarily submit ourselves to Gods governing reign, having been redeemed by the Blood of Jesus, washed from our sins through His blood and made to be a nation of kings (kingly) and priests. Righteousness is me living in this life according to Gods way of doing and being right. The righteousness Ive become is the standard of the Fathers reign in the earth. When I am submitted to the royal rule, authority, dominion and act of God ruling in my life daily then I am living according to Gods way of doing and being right. The standard by which the Kingdom operates is righteousness. If you are living according to the requirement of Kingdom citizenship which is also son/daughter-ship then you must live in the righteousness that the Kingdom requires. Philippians 3:7-9 7 But whatever things were gain to me, those things I have counted as loss for the sake of Christ. 8 More than that, I count all things to be loss in view of the surpassing value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them but rubbish so that I may gain Christ, 9 and may be found in Him, not having a righteousness of my own derived from the Law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which comes from God on the basis of faith,.... 1 Corinthians 1:30 It is because of him that you are in Christ Jesus, who has become for us wisdom from God--that is, our righteousness, holiness and redemption. Psalm 71:15-19 15My mouth shall tell of Your righteousness And of Your salvation all day long; For I do not know the sum of them. 16I will come with the mighty deeds of the Lord GOD; I will make mention of Your righteousness, Yours alone. 17O God, You have taught me from my youth, And I still declare Your wondrous deeds. 18And even when I am old and gray, O God, do not forsake me, Until I declare Your strength to this generation, Your power to all who are to come. 19For Your righteousness, O God, reaches to the heavens, You who have done great things; O God, who is like You? Romans 14:17 17 for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. 18 For he who in this way serves Christ is acceptable to God and approved by men.… How do we serve Christ who is King of kings and Lord of lords? We serve Him in righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost. In other words we serve Christ by living according to our Kingdom citizenship as sons and daughters of the Most High, who are also Ambassadors that live Gods righteous requirement as we stand in Christ stead beseeching that mankind everywhere will be reconciled back to God. Isaiah 32:17 The fruit of that righteousness will be peace; its effect will be quietness and confidence forever. Romans 15:13 May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. When apostles neglect to study the Kingdom of God, invariably they will give you the opinions of men, often the authors of their favorite books, who focus on subjects like restoration of fathers to sons and the apostolic and prophetic, and this they do without acknowledging the urgency, power and priority of the Kingdom of God, so you grow up on the doctrines of men as though they are the commandments of God. When prophets neglect to study the Kingdom of God they will have a greater tendency to prophesy out of the imaginations of their own hearts crying peace when there is no peace, stealing the words of other prophets and saying God said, when He did not say. When evangelists, pastors and teachers neglect to study the Kingdom of God they live from the concepts of the religious men who went before them, and they will invariably minister out of the traditions of their fathers, and the traditions of men make the Word of God ineffective. When bishops neglect to study the Kingdom of God they actually fail in helping pastors maintain the integrity of the doctrine of the faith and fall into the same pride and ego that dominate apostles and others of the five-fold ministry who never came back to rediscover the message Jesus came preaching concerning the Kingdom of God, its urgency, power or priority. In other words, the blind lead the blind and those who follow them fall into a ditch. A common trait of those who have exalted themselves is a proud filled boasting of who they perceive themselves to be, accompanied by their lording over the flock of God while preaching the writings of their favorite authors as though they are private gleanings of scripture that has produced revelation of present truth for todays Church. Psalm 75:5-7 5Do not lift up your horn on high, Do not speak with insolent pride.’” 6For not from the east, nor from the west, Nor from the desert comes exaltation; 7But God is the Judge; He puts down one and exalts another. 1 Samuel 2:3 Do not keep talking so proudly or let your mouth speak such arrogance, for the LORD is a God who knows, and by him deeds are weighed. Psalm 94:4 They pour out arrogant words; all the evildoers are full of boasting. When leaders do not understand the DOM, the jurisdiction, the reign of God over His creation and do not understand the power of the righteousness that is the Kingdom of God they invariably set themselves up as gods over the people God has entrusted them to lead. And with a proud arrogance they lay claim to apostolic succession seeing themselves as the spiritual fathers to many just as the apostles were in the days of Jesus, but such leaders today do not live according to the righteousness of the Kingdom and think nothing of calling sons who have left them perhaps to even continue in the ministry God has given, bastards, and orphan spirits. Such leaders are blind guides having forgotten that God said that He would be a Father to the fatherless and that all those who come to Him are the children of the Most High God. Many of todays leaders have become proud and stiff-necked in a narcissistic Christianity in many ways brought on by charismatic and teaching ministries who focused on the promises of God without the condition, and other mens revelations without examination of the words of Jesus concerning the Kingdom. What was declared by many a prophet in the Old Testament has come to pass in this our day. Ezekial 2:3-5 3 Then He said to me, Son of man, I am sending you to the sons of Israel, to a rebellious people who have rebelled against Me; they and their fathers have transgressed against Me to this very day. 4 I am sending you to them who are stubborn and obstinate children, and you shall say to them, Thus says the Lord GOD. 5 As for them, whether they listen or not-- for they are a rebellious house-- they will know that a prophet has been among them.… Isaiah 48:4 For I knew how stubborn you were; your neck muscles were iron, your forehead was bronze. Jeremiah 1:7 But the LORD said to me, Do not say, I am too young. You must go to everyone I send you to and say whatever I command you. Jeremiah 5:3 LORD, do not your eyes look for truth? You struck them, but they felt no pain; you crushed them, but they refused correction. They made their faces harder than stone and refused to repent. Jeremiah 6:15 Are they ashamed of their detestable conduct? No, they have no shame at all; they do not even know how to blush. So they will fall among the fallen; they will be brought down when I punish them, says the LORD. Ezekiel 3:7 But the people of Israel are not willing to listen to you because they are not willing to listen to me, for all the Israelites are hardened and obstinate. Amos 7:15 But the LORD took me from tending the flock and said to me, Go, prophesy to my people Israel. Zechariah 7:12 They made their hearts as hard as flint and would not listen to the law or to the words that the LORD Almighty had sent by his Spirit through the earlier prophets. So the LORD Almighty was very angry. Friend, are you a member of a ministry that claims to be apostolic and prophetic or present truth, or your membership is with COGIC, Baptist, Methodist or some other group? Are the leaders operating out of a stubborn self will supposing that the Kingdom of God is not the gospel to be preached today? Or, do they give lip service to Kingdom concepts, but on a whole are not equipping you with the truth of the Kingdom but instead are filling you with the ideas of religious leaders who may use the term Kingdom but do not produce the culture thereof? God wants you to know on this Sabbath day that these words are being written, the Father is calling you to return to Him and to give to Him the honor that is truly do His name. For He has created you a holy people and made you to be the sons and daughters of the Most High God, a people He has ordained for Himself, a people Hes again purposed to share His dominion with. God the Father sent Jesus as the 2nd Adam to undo the damage the first Adam caused in committing treason against the Most High God. The 2nd Adam (Jesus) came to restore to you what the first Adam lost. The key to your dominion today is what the key to Adams dominion was supposed to be in his day and that is righteousness, the ability to live according to Gods terms in the earth, in obedience to the will of God in all that you say and do. This righteousness has been given to you as a free gift. You could not earn it, buy it, manufacture it, or in anyway effect righteousness on your own. God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that righteousness would be restored in Gods recreated man, those who become Born Again. Romans 5:17 17 For if by the transgression of the one, death reigned through the one, much more those who receive the abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ. Your DOM began when you received Gods own Son who came with the one gift that would legally rejoin you to the Father in a New Creation that would now give you the ability to live the quality of life that Adam had in the beginning. It is this life, the quality of life that the Father sent through His Son, that you now would be the sons and daughters of the Most High, and citizens of the Kingdom, who serve as Ambassadors, beseeching men and women as standing in Christ stead, that they would be reconciled back to God, the source of their DOM. You reign now through this free gift of righteousness and will reign again in the earth when Jesus returns. 2 Timothy 2:12 if we endure, we will also reign with him. If we disown him, he will also disown us; Matthew 10:33 But whoever disowns me before others, I will disown before my Father in heaven. Revelation 3:10 Since you have kept my command to endure patiently, I will also keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come on the whole world to test the inhabitants of the earth. Revelation 3:21 To the one who is victorious, I will give the right to sit with me on my throne, just as I was victorious and sat down with my Father on his throne. Jude 1:4 For certain individuals whose condemnation was written about long ago have secretly slipped in among you. They are ungodly people, who pervert the grace of our God into a license for immorality and deny Jesus Christ our only Sovereign and Lord. Matthew 7:21-29 21“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter. 22“Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?’ 23“And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; DEPART FROM ME, YOU WHO PRACTICE LAWLESSNESS.’ 24“Therefore everyone who hears these words of Mine and acts on them, may be compared to a wise man who built his house on the rock. 25“And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and slammed against that house; and yet it did not fall, for it had been founded on the rock. 26“Everyone who hears these words of Mine and does not act on them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand. 27“The rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and slammed against that house; and it fell—and great was its fall.” 28When Jesus had finished these words, the crowds were amazed at His teaching; 29for He was teaching them as one having authority, and not as their scribes. In Matthew 7:21-29 Jesus was talking to gifted followers who demonstrated the power of the Kingdom among men, but these same followers being used of God were not submitted to the culture God ordained so while God used them, like Saul that were stripped of their kingdom and would be denied entrance into the eternal Kingdom being written off as being rebellious even though they operated in the supernatural. Saints of God, the Father has been restoring the message of the Kingdom sense the 2nd century when the early Church fathers of the period became apologist instead of carrying on the same message that Jesus and the apostles preached concerning the Kingdom of God. No matter who you are reading this today, you must come to grips with the fact that while youve enjoyed your experiences with God and may love your leaders, without the knowledge of the Kingdom of God and an understanding of its urgency, power and priority you cannot understand the Bible the way God wants you to understand it and like many religious Christians you will live looking for a miracle yet never discovering the miracle God has made you to be. Repent today and receive Jesus preached message of the Kingdom, studying line upon line and precept upon precept Jesus preached, taught and demonstrated message of the Kingdom and rediscover the culture and the power that Adam lost. The dominion that was at the first, the Kingdom has been restored to you and its time that you walk in the reality of all that the Father ordained from the very beginning of creation and the New Creation you are, because God sent His Son. STUDY THE KINGDOM The next time we get together perhaps we will take a look at the second part of the Kingdom, peace and what the full implications of this peace is supposed to mean to those who have become children of the Most High and citizens of the Kingdom of God here and now, and in the time to come.
