Talbiseh, #Homs province: Regime helicopter gunships again drop TNT-filled barrel bombs on homes in the densely populated town of Talbiseh in Homs province on Monday (October 20th, 2014). Like much of Homs province, Talbiseh has now been under daily aerial and ground bombardment by Assads forces for over two years. Many families from villages ethnically cleansed of their Sunni population by the regime, with nowhere else to go and no means of escape, fled to Talbiseh seeking safety, only to find that it continues to be subjected to the same bombing. The complicit world and the international media (mainstream or alternative - no difference) remain silent as they have for years, with Assads ongoing Nakba having the backing of Obama and his 60-nation international coalition, as well as that of Moscow and Tehran. They do, however, feign immense and touching oh-so-genuine concern for the almost empty town of Kobani.
