Talk about a meat dreamers class. You have here some Man Steaks, major Porterhouse Steaks and Ribeye Steaks. Then, as if that wasnt enough, we had Fat Kid Burgers on the plancha, which was a blend of beef and bacon, ground together, hence all the flames. But wait theres more. After grilling the meat, it rests in even more fat (any kind, duck, beef, butter, etc) that has been rendered to ensure a juicy, moist, and tender piece of beef heaven. It worked. So much fun.
