Talked Joe into taking me to the fair today. Saw this cute little guy, quiet a few (like 5 or 6) horses that had major injuries (lots of stitches, casts, and one that was tied up that couldnt even put his back leg down because it was tore up from just below the tailhead all the way down to his ankle and it hurt so bad), and a few cute rabbits. I realized I have been taking the Eastern Idaho State Fair for granted, this is a really small fair compared to what Im used to. Even the rides were like baby rides compared to E.I.S.F.s rides. Once again I have had my eyes opened to things others dont usually have that I have taken for granted growing up in good ol Blackfoot, Idaho. P.s. I was bummed that our zucchini didnt make it this year but was ecstatic when I was able to get some this afternoon. Joe was convinced he wasnt going to like my zucchini bread but I think he was surprised.
