Talked with joshua for a little bit last night. All is well,and he is counting his days till he comes home (31 after today) . He was telling me about a couple things that happened this past week. 1) he was walking past the sanna and something thumped, he looked in the window and something caught his eye, it was a drill sargent and he was on the floor in convulsions. He got help and may have save the fellow soldiers life. who knows what might have happened if he wouldnt have stopped. 2) they select a boy and a girl to represent each of the 3 platoons so Joshua was the 3rd plt rep. well 5 years of wrestling paid off, he ended up winning the combative compitition for the guys . 3) he was also able to qualify with his M-4 rifle. he said it was a little stressful this past week and didnt do as well as what he had hoped on his qualifing shoot. SO PROUD of HIM. cant wait till he comes home.
