Talking on the phone is getting to be a lost art. People are distracted, watching videos and talking to other people in the room without saying excuse me to the other person on the phone. It is confusing to the person on the other end. I hope people can get back to polite phone conversations. I blame texting, we have too many things going at once. It is widespread, there was an article in the paper about it. Take into consideration the person on the other end!!!!
